Some people would say that it is nearly impossible to find jobs in this down economy. I would beg to differ. They are certainly out there, if a person is just willing to look. As a stay-at-home mom who still has a need for some extra household income, I needed to become a work at home mom. I have certainly put in my fair share of online applications, using free resume builders and the like. It took awhile, but I was able to find jobs online, thanks to the help of a good friend.
It is not impossible to find jobs online when one is a stay-at-home mom. The hardest thing is making the time and putting forth the effort to do your online job once you get one. I find I have to put aside the distractions of housekeeping and paying bills each day to face the task of working. Depending on what someone likes to do, it is easy to find jobs online like blogging, medical billing and coding, and website design.
I love to write, so I had success when I started to find jobs online. A friend of mine had started blogging for a company and recommended that I sign up with them. Now, this stay-at-home mom is a full-time work at home mom. I get to enjoy my family and work my own schedule, and that is a wonderful thing.
